赛事流程
比赛基本形式是“一对一”两两对抗模式，遇单名选手时自动轮空直接进入下一轮比赛，非第一轮和决赛半决赛轮，人数不足，将由当日参赛的所有淘汰选手进行抽签，幸运返场；每位选手需要制作3杯拉花作品；所有选手将使用奶制品和10oz(300ml)的拿铁杯制作。 第一杯 “标准” 拉花：即我们最常见的，在融合后直接通过奶缸倾倒出图案。如天鹅、郁金香、压纹等。 第二杯 “标准-由基础图衍生的图案” 拉花：基础上延伸创意，第二杯的图案需要包含第一杯基础图形的元素，使用拿铁杯制作。
第三杯 “自由拉花图案” 拉花：第三杯自由创意图形不允许使用当场比赛前两杯作品图案（第一杯、第二杯）打通关，每次晋级选手都要更换其创意作品，使用拿铁杯制作。 八强决赛：八分钟制作四杯咖啡，两杯为一组进行打分两杯 “标准图形”：大赛提前公布一个指定图案，所有选手必须制作完全相同的图案。 两杯 “创意图案”：两杯相同且具有创意和复杂度的图案，充分展示选手的设计能力和技术水平，这是决赛的决胜关键。
**Competition Format & Rules**
**Basic Format:** The competition adopts a **”one-on-one” head-to-head knockout format**. In the case of an odd number of participants, a bye will be granted automatically advancing the lucky competitor to the next round. For rounds other than the first round and the semi-finals, if there are insufficient participants, all eliminated competitors from that day will enter a draw for a “Lucky Loser” chance to return to the competition.
**Beverage Requirements:** Each competitor is required to produce **3 latte art creations**. All competitors must use dairy products and 10oz (300ml) latte cups for their preparations.
**Round-by-Round Requirements:**
– **First Cup: “Standard” Latte Art** The most common form of latte art, where the pattern is created directly by pouring steamed milk from the pitcher after integration. Examples include swans, tulips, rosettas, etc.
– **Second Cup: “Standard – Pattern Derived from Basic Design”** An extension of creativity based on fundamental patterns. The design of the second cup must incorporate elements from the basic pattern used in the first cup. Prepared using a latte cup.
– **Third Cup: “Free-Pour Pattern”** For the third cup, competitors must create a free-pour design. The use of patterns from the first two cups of the same match is prohibited. Advancing competitors must change their creative design for each subsequent round. Prepared using a latte cup.
**Quarterfinals & Final Round:** **Time Limit:** 8 minutes to prepare four cups of coffee, judged in two sets of two.
– **Two Cups: “Standard Pattern”** A specific pattern will be announced by the organizing committee in advance. All competitors must reproduce this exact pattern.
– **Two Cups: “Creative Pattern”** Two identical cups featuring creative and complex designs, fully demonstrating the competitor’s design ability and technical skill. This is the key determinant for victory in the finals.
